This is true whether I use IMAP () or POP (either, or ). I too can send email OK, but cannot receive. (I've been trying it for about 12 hours - does not sync) Does anyone actually know *why* this is not working in some cases? I too am having this same problem, on a new PC with Windows 10, except it's not magically fixing itself after some time like it appears to be for others in this thread.
